Linda Valentino is currently President/Owner of Valentino Development and is a licensed real estate broker/agent with the Bean Group in Saco along with her daughter Kate Scamman.
Kate Scamman is the 3rd generation of the dynamic mother/daughter duo known as Team Scamman & Valentino at the Bean Group in Saco. Linda Valentino has been a real estate broker over 40 years, getting her start working with her father doing new home construction and real estate sales. After serving 12 years in the Legislature, Linda jumped at the opportunity to work with her daughter, Kate. They offer full-time real estate services for buyers and sellers. Kate also handles the sales for Valentino Development who builds new homes and renovates existing homes. A strong work ethic and a dedication to serving people is why they go above and beyond in their service. With Kate’s innate ability to listen and decipher a client’s needs, plus her strong computer skills, she always seems to “pull a rabbit out of the hat” to find her client the perfect home.
